First things first: This image suffered from some more-than-minor color loss. That is the price you pay for taking something from a High-res (620x480) N64 game, and cramming it into a smaller resolution (246x320?), and a sixteen color palette 
For what it is worth, here it is. Oh, and did I mention it uses only sixteen colors? I think I did. Import the palette over your tilesets "title" palette. This example may apply only in Pure. If not, make a new one.

I think for 16-color resolution, it's much better to stick with the existing OoT title adaptation that's been passed around.
If you want to adapt the actual OoT logo, it'd probably be best to wait and do it in 8-bit mode. Since it'd be used exclusively for title screens, that way you could dedicate up to 64 colors to the image and still make it compatible with any tileset (after ripping the level palette CSets).
Anyway, it's cool that you attempted it, but perhaps it shouldn't be used in quests as-is...
