First things first: This image suffered from some more-than-minor color loss. That is the price you pay for taking something from a High-res (620x480) N64 game, and cramming it into a smaller resolution (246x320?), and a sixteen color palette 
For what it is worth, here it is. Oh, and did I mention it uses only sixteen colors? I think I did. Import the palette over your tilesets "title" palette. This example may apply only in Pure. If not, make a new one.

The .zip contains two files. One it OoT Title Rip.bmp. You rip this one if you're using a recent beta since .gif imports are broken. The OoT Title Display.gif is... a .gif. Go figure.
