A very solid quest actually, had a lot of fun playing this one. I quite like the premise of this quest, where you're trying to find your dream world by going through a whole bunch of others. The overworld segments were neat and I like the variety here. The dungeons were excellent and really damn fun and challenging. Definitely some gimmicks I recognise being carried over from your other quests but still unique enough that it fits here. The Shadow Temple one in particular was terrifying but once you get used to it you get the speed factor of it all. Bosses were actually very clever, they felt very 2.10 but in a more modern way and a lot of them were pretty fun to fight (except the last one which was a tad rough). The quest also looks gorgeous, you used the Cambria tileset extremely well and everything looks really nice, full of detail and life everywhere you go, no matter the area or dungeon.
My main gripes are the fact that things felt a tad too linear for me although I suppose that's what you were going for here, but even in some overworld segments it could've been opened up just a little bit. Maybe even some interconnectivity between later worlds and earlier ones as quick shortcuts to collect some heart pieces, idk. I also felt that things started to rely a bit too much on the lines of running to hit a switch that unlocks another switch that unlocks another switch that unlocks a path, which after a while gets a bit too boring and repetitive. This is especially true for the Dark World I think it was called, I forgot already, but that one was quite tedious to traverse. This also applies to some dungeons too but most of the time they were not that bad. I certainly feel that not EVERYTHING needs to be a part of an overarching puzzle, while it's cool to see, sometimes it's fine to have some open areas just to link places, much like in the early worlds where there wasn't any puzzle gimmick tied to it. A bit of a mix is fine however, and I do think the constant running back and forth could be cut down a little.
Can't think of anything else to say so overall this was excellent and I really enjoyed myself other than a few issues. I'm giving this a solid 4.5/5, which rounds up to a 5. This is absolutely the best quest I have played from you so far without a doubt.
