It's okay...
NES Metroid (like the Kid Icarus tileset) has very few tiles required to make an entire quest.
The custom tiles you included were well made and very reminscient of Metroid NES.
That said, some more custom work would be nice, and maybe even some new enemy/item sprites would be nice.
Being NES, it works well with the new palettes incldued with the new classic tileset (with which it is built on), and you can even get away with
some graphic crossing (Zelda tiles in a Metroid Quest) as in the original Metroid tileset.
All in all, the new additions are good, but some more would have been nice.

Well, when I noticed "Metroid" I had to come look. My experience with much Metroid tiles and palettes has helped me conclude this.
Metroid in ZC is generally difficult. Though this specifically lacks major upgrades (due to being original NES) that this set wasn't hard to create. You demonstrated that well, as the tiles and colors are spot on. Now, I do have a problem with the organization. So little tiles, yet, the combo pages and tiles are messy. It seems like it was ripped without spacing it out or sorting. But to balance it out, the new tiles were almost right. They held the right feel, but some tiles were simply horrible. Never less, I see many beginner/intermediate ZC users using this. Final verdict: 3/5
