Not even remotely compatible with ZC. I immediately give such submissions a 0-star rating, because they clutter up the database, and users won't fix what they're doing if they get good ratings.
Learn how ZQuest's palettes work before submitting more tiles. Better yet, test them before you send them in. If YOU can't figure out how to rip them into ZQuest, then assume that they aren't ready for submission. Remember, the best way to ensure that a loose tile submission can be ripped is to rip it into ZQuest yourself, then press F12, and submit the snapshot as your loose tile submission.

If you want to make sure this is the only thing and pallete in someone's quest then fine. The entire pallete of ZC is 256 colours so this will overide EVERYTHING.
My advice: Change it to 64 colours and then things will be okay.
But I'll give you a cookie and two stars fro trying.
