For what it is it's fine, a fairly typical Z1 clone that's pretty faithful to how it originally is. And for that it worked out well, I like the way the overworld opened up as you complete more dungeons and get more items. The dungeons themselves were generally ok but I think it suffers from a bit of incoherent design where it results to just bombing every wall you can find. I get Z1 was kinda like this too but there were many more open routes to go through before you go back and start trying to find the secrets. With the later dungeons in this quest, it's kinda just that from the get go and it made dungeon exploring kind of a pain. I'm thankful for all the bomb drops though lol. The only exception that I think is fine with this is Level 9 because those are typically always designed to be tough to navigate. I just wish the others were a bit clearer on where to go.
But yeah not too much to say about this one, but it works enough for what it is. 3/5 I'd say but I have indeed seen fantastic dungeons and now I know where to find them.
