New issues:

Part 1:
Ropes have erratic movement.
Moldorm does not move properly.
Enemies spawn in doors during room transitions.
Bomb sensitivity is slightly off for bomb walls.
Collecting TF does not exit dungeon (Softlock).
Blue Rupee Special Item Can Be Re-Collected.

Part 2:

Note: I had visited level 1,gained the keys, and unlocked the doors prior to recording part 1. After saving, when I revisited, the locked doors returned and I had to use cheats to ad keys and unlock them.
Blocks do not push.
Link wraps around blocks on left and right too easily.
Doors that were unlocked, re-lock.
Faerie Ponds Do not Work
Enemies spawn on Link

General issue persists: Death in a dungeon, then selecting 'Continue' does not respawn in the dungeon.

All of my deaths have been due to cheap hits, most from ropes,as their movement is bugged--they do not halt their charge attack--having enemies spawn on me, or having enemies spawn in dungeon doorways.

The boomerang animation is also bugged.

Bugs thus far:

There is a music glitch that occurs when entering dungeons (and possibly caves) where the overworld music momentarily restarts before changing.
Overworld bomb combos seem to need far more precision than normal.
I went to L2 first. The Rope charge is extremely wrong. They dash back and forth across the screen.
Hitboxes seem to be off by at least 8 pixels in many respects.
Faerie pons do not work.
Boomerang does not stun.
Dodongos do not seem affected by smoke, only eaten bombs.
Enemies can spawn on top of Link.
Enemies in dungeons can linger in doors invisibly.

Then I went to Level 1, and this happened:

Trying to enter the north door triggers the game ending. After the ending credits, loading the game, loads the first screen and inits Link, then immediately triggers the ending again.

One last pair of issues: The Continue/Retry/Save screen does not register pressing start, and you do not continue in a dungeon if you die there.
