I love this quest! Not bad at all. It's very open and metroid-vania-like. The areas are all unique and mostly interesting and the rupee system is cool. I really enjoyed progressing through this quest.
As for critique, the items felt like an afterthought and weren't used well. There could have been some bosses, perhaps, but not sure. A lot of the palettes are atrocious and it hurt my soul to look at them. The story is nonexistent. This would have felt even nicer if there was one. All in all I still think this was a great quest, so good job TheRock and I hope to see more from you!

This is a really unique quest. I had quite a bit of low expectations when starting it, but as I went along it definitely started shaping up to be something really cool. I love the metroidvania concept of this quest and using rupees as progression items is a very nice touch. Unlike most of your previous quests, all the puzzles in this quest were not overly cryptic, too confusing to understand or too difficult to solve. Instead, they were all very pleasant and really clever which was very nice to see. I loved the inclusion of the area item into the puzzles and how you can still get quite far without them. It seems like you don't actually need all the items to finish the quest, which is an interesting design choice. I suppose that makes this as open as you can get. I don't really have any critiques in mind so this is quite an excellent effort. This is definitely my favourite quest from you, an easy 5/5 here. Great job and I'd love to see more stuff like this in the future from you!
