Pretty fun little miniquest to kill some time quickly with, it was quite fun to play. I really liked the concept of the quest, which pretty much makes fun of how overused block puzzles are in most quests. The minidungeon was pretty fun to play through and I enjoyed it. The final boss was definitely funny, bad design indeed :P

Though I noticed a little flaw in the dungeon, couldn't you technically skip like half the dungeon if you use the first key on the northern most door? I noticed there was no real point in even going to the right side since you were just getting a key for a key from what I saw.

But yeah it was a fun little quest. I did wish the Enemy Madness area got expanded on, but then I guess the quest wouldn't really be called "Block Madness" anymore lol. I'll give it a solid 3/5.

I killed about 10 minutes of time playing this quest. The block puzzles were all very straight forward and easy to devise a plan for. I ended up getting the blue ring, which made the staple of bad design, the final boss, pretty easy to defeat by just tanking. I never used the superbombs and am not sure why those were a featured item.

Now THIS is how you design quests. NES Dungeon Scrolling, Only block puzzles (we really need more quests to stop using creative puzzle design and just have more block puzzles), 8-way movement with an unscripted ladder, and, of course, the fire gleeok (aka the best enemy in ZC).

I never had too much trouble with any of the puzzles, you simply had to push, push if you can, though you need a plan (a mental canvas). But you need to do it quick, quick as you can, it's a chase to survive the block madness. You (yes, you) must see there's no glee going through each mass, then you must attest that too much can hinder your quest. Now, now you must try, you cannot cry, do you not see why? This brings sadness--we have to fight the block madness. All, all over quests, each one a nest of the same status, you have the, you have the madness. You (YOU) have the, you have the, you have the block madness. I have the, I have the, I have the block madness. We have the, we have the, we have the block madness. What can we do? What can we do? We must stop it before we're out of control, oh here we go, there everywhere! Don't you see? Lack of puzzles, can bring struggles to everyone's sanity! But don't be still, you have a will, collect your mind and your skill to cure the block madness!

NO SERIOUSLY STOP THIS.

This is just wrong. Dont destroy the block factory! We need more block puzzles!

But yeah, nice quest, though one thing I would change is making the guy in the beginning tell you what you can do with superbombs.
