It's a Zelda series staple, now in eweapon form. This is probably best suited for use in a scripted boss fight, but you can stick it on an enemy editor enemy just fine.

Place it on an enemy's weapon or run it from a script. It's pretty simple. If you're running it off a script, be sure to set eweapon->Parent to the enemy that created it.
