Yeah, one day I wanted some rain. Some GOOD rain. I mean, there's some decent stuff in other sets, but nothing was really my preference. So, one day I think "hay wait a sec wut abowt mzm."
Very tedious ripping, and while the colors seem to switch off strangely, I can assure you it's supposed to be like that.
As for the splashes row, I know they don't go according with the rain, but hey, I'm lazy, and this rain moves at a speed of 2 with 16 frames.
Recolored to Pure CSet 7.
