This 3.0 remaster of Moosh`s scrolling backgrounds brings many new new QoL features, making it easier to set up and better handling of Z3 scrolling regions.

1. Refactored most of the code to remove 2.53 specific crutches, such as using multiple FFCs for all attributes.
2. Offloaded attributes to combodata script/s, complete with annotations.
3. Moved the main code from global script to generic script. No longer needed to open script file and combine global scripts.
4. Lifted the hardcoded 6 slots limit and made slot count configurable as argument of generic script itself.
5. Added option for scrolling to track viewport, including during trans-region scrolling.

1. Import and compile the script. No extra libraries needed. Assign generic script and 2 combo scripts.
2. For generic script, go to Init Data->GenScript, go to the Scrolling Layer script and set Run From Start and Reload on following states: Reload, Continue, Change DMap and Change Level. Check out annotated InitD`s.
3. On each DMap entrance, where you want scrolling backgrounds place invisible combos with RegisterScrollingLayer script. Assign annotated attributes and flags. Also if such combo appears on screen as a part of trigger, the scroll slot assigned to new combo will be also edited according to new combo attributes also there is ClearScrollingLayer combo script for quick clearing of scrolling layer slot.
