Information
Can YOU defeat the GOLDEN Aquamentus?
This is a short one dungeon quest with more of a puzzle theme to it, but ends in a trilling (maybe) boss fight against the fabled GOLDEN Aquamentus, or does it? dun dun duuun.
NOTE: There is no saving in this quest, you have to beat it in one go without dying!

Description
Script demo [gone wild] [gone independent], you can find the main gimmick/script from this quest here: Link
Basically the quest is just a short on-off dungeon set around one main gimmick/mechanic. It's not meant to be terribly deep or long, a single playthrough will take between ten minutes to an hour depend on your phase.
NOTE: There is no saving in this quest, you have to beat it in one go without dying!
Update 3:
->Added unique game icon (GOLDEN aquamentus head)
Update 2:
->Updated how the lock cube functions to overall nicer.
Update 1:
->Added in a potion shop.
->Fixed a potential permastuck (if the player was REALLY stupid).
->Buffed the damage from bombs slightly, nerfed self damage slightly.
->Other minor changes and stuff~

I like the main gimmick. You've used these colored keys and keyblocks nicely and it made for a great puzzle dungeon.
The reason I rated it only a 3 is that other than the main gimmick, I didn't like the dungeon that much. The trick to the blockpuzzle is alright, but the room where you

Spoiler
is just unfair and makes no sense. The red ring and that heartcontainer seemed very trollish and I don't think you can get them. Once you finally get the bomb bag the dungeon opens up and pretty much solves itself, but I liked the hard-to-see bombable walls anyway. The boss was meh and Zelda broke the forth wall I believe? (Or she doesn't think she is worth being saved)
use a statue to erase lowered blocks

I love how you used the color keys from Yeto's quest. Seeing it in a more action oriented type dungeon...I can see how it makes for some extremely fun puzzles. I even suggest using this quest as a actual dungeon in a much bigger quest sometime in the future. Maybe make each dungeon have its own set of keys to use and reuse as needed to get through the dungeon.
I noticed it saved my game when I finished it...and saw that you can make it back through even with your seeming lack of keys. I don't know if you planned that or not, but there's no way to be permastuck even in post game. That's really good design.
The deathknights killed me a few times...but at least there's no way to accidentally free them. Just have to tread carefully. The boss itself...why so much damn health? How much does it actually have? For awhile...I was beginning to wonder if I was even truly damaging it...and wondered if there was a puzzle hidden in the room somewhere.
All in all...very fun short quest that I really enjoyed. I'd like to see more quests in the future with key usage done like this.

I guess this must be a proof of concept quest or something, to which end it is a sucess. I like the gimmick in this solitary dungeon.
The massive HP aquamentus boss is another gimmick that I don't like as much. While the boss isn't very hard, and its not hard to not die against it if you find an unhidden armor item, it is tedious to defeat. I stopped counting after exhausting all my arrows, bombs, and several minutes of whacking it with the sword. I think beating the golden aquamentus took almost as long as the preceding dungeon.
The deathnuts in a certain room are unexpected and were responsible for my two deaths.

Spoiler
that is, until I figured out you can position in a way to shoot sword beams at the first deathnut, and then once he is gone, safely proceed through the room after doing the same thing from the left to the other deathnut.

Hi Lunaria. I like the ideas here. I see you tried the colored...reusable key puzzles from Yeto's quest.
Question...where is the Bomb Bag? I have 1 Red, 2 blue, and 1 purple key. I found the room with the blue vase housing a single bomb...but I still can't 'carry' them. I assume the bag itself is hidden elsewhere? I'm not seeing any other areas I can explore until I can carry bombs.
