The perspective is utterly horrible, and the stairs leading up to the sword stand look as if they were drawn on with a magic marker.
I can assure you that I would never, ever use this, and therefore I feel the need to give it a low rating.

Information
You know the guy who made the Master Sword Pedestal? With the two color pallete and no shading?
This is a better one for the pure pallete, though, it's usefull when you need it.
Not much, finished in about 8 minutes.
oh, and on the stairs, select the half portion(not the stairs) to Cset 2 so it will be blue.
And, Some tiles I picked from the PTUX tileset, I will give credit.
(The ones that are from the PTUX, Are suppose to match the Pedastal Place

This is quite a mixed bag...
First, the border... Can you tell me where exactly the light is supposed to be coming from? These are obviously meant to be overworld tiles, but the way you've shaded it, they seem more like dungeon tiles. They're also a little bland for the purpose, surely a pedestal for such an important sword would be slightly more.....elaborate.
However, the actual pedestal itself is actually rather nice, and the perspective is correct for an overworld.
It actually looks like the pedestal was made first and then the border was just tossed in as an afterthought (I suggest you update that if you get time). 3 stars because of the pedestal.
