All in all...a fun and unique, but...extremely frustrating. I died a lot in this. Especially in the Megaman (particularly Quick Man stages).
Joke wise...it got boring after level one. Level one was extremely fun and laughable. But afterwards...Level 2...only dialogue really was Wily. Then practically nothing. I almost feel Level one (being a joke quest...maybe better laughs are a better reward for those who progress, so maybe it should've been the last level instead, since it was clearly best)
The quest is already overly difficult, so if jokes is the theme...save the best for last...instead of starting with the best and tapering into almost nothing. (Rebecca Caves is all around great though. Where's the midi source? Be great for my ipod at work.)
The fifth dungeon...Is the tea room the true ending? Going by practically everything in the dungeon...half the map is unexplored...the compass points to a room nowhere near any room I've been to, and the NPC mentioned two items (the upgraded Len's of Truth). I can't find any of this, so it strongly leads me to believe the upgraded lens is needed to get thru the tea room. I could be wrong though. Some clarifacation on this would be nice. I can't find any video's going past the megaman stages.
So yea...for laughs, and some classy music choices, I love this. But it rushed all the good laughs, and the final dungeon feels rushed (but if I'm missing half of it...I'd like to finish it).

Yes, I know. Moosh is getting trolled. YAY. Anyway, this is the sequel of Eddy's Troll Day. This takes place RIGHT AFTER Eddy's Troll Day. Don't worry! this game is only harsh to moosh, not you... if moosh is reading this do not face palm. Thanks.

This is actually a nice quest. I enjoyed going through it, cause it was funny. I would have preferred even more references and trolls though. The forest area is probably the best.
I recommend this quest if you are looking for something silly but not too silly.

The moment I ran into invisible combos of doom and demise (in the first freaking cave of all places), I already had an idea of what to expect, much like the prequel. As much as I hate rating quests without finishing them, I don't see this one being any better than a 1 or 2, given there are some cool ideas put into this quest, but that's really about it.

Overall, having played it from start to finish, I can safely conclude that this is Joel's best jokequest. Even so, this quest still has a lot of crippling design flaws; many of which were carried over from Eddy's Troll Day.
As for what I liked about this quest; The Level 3 boss had a clever concept behind it (though it wasn't properly utilized), many of the trolls were clever (barring the several really dumb and unfair ones; I'm looking at the Quick Beam arrangement in Quick Man's stage and the ending here) and the quest had several clever tricks up it's sleeve.
Invisible spikes in the caves; just no. Thankfully, they are not OHKO. There are also many troll warps, which send you back to the start of the dungeon if you ran into them. Throwing you at invisible enemies without the cross is also a big no no. Finally, never just plop the player into a room full of Deathknights just for getting a troll question wrong.
The other major problem I have with the quest is the lack of enemy variety. All of the levels have just one or two variants of enemies on each screen and many, many screens have direct copy-paste enemy formations. This made for a very boring experience that really should be fixed
Even though more effort is put into this quest into making it fair and playable, it didn't do enough to make me rate it any higher than a 2.
