Great! 
It starts off with a lot of personality and energy. I can tell it was inspired by a real person. It's kinda repetitive and could go a little bit further, though. Perhaps it'd take a lot of time to get the inspiration to "describe" more in music.
There are a lot of dissonant chords; these really give it a lot of character (bouncy, upbeat songs with dissonance definitely have personality), but it feels like you should resolve those chords a little more often.
I give this a 4 because I would LOVE to hear you revisit this and remix it. Seriously.
