Edit: Staff contacted me an basically told me that I'd have to bump up my rating for all quests I have ever reviewed by one star. Note that this does not reflect my own opinion on the matter, or the quest, but just that it was something I was made required to do.
---------
Some effort was clearly put into this quest, and with a fair amount of more work put into it then it could probably be a decent quest. However, from what I played it's pretty darn trashy, and I can't stand playing it anymore.
First of all, the difficulty balancing in this quest is fairly bad, a curve seem to be non-existent. The quest also loves to start you of with 1 heart (out of three) whenever you die, which is kinda bad since most things will one shoot you from that position. The overworld also has terrible flow, which can partially be attributed to the terrible secrets. Nothing visually suggest that throwing a boomerang at a random tree would do anything. I found the guy who tells you where the sword is after I already found the sword..., and even then it was only by accident.
There are also plenty of other bugs and bad design choices. Most cubes in level 1 seem pushable, but no proper undercombo seem to exist. In one room it does..., but it's one of those cycling tiles that leads to floor falling away. Which I'm quite sure is unintended seeing as the direct warp goes to screen 80 and you're stuck in the wall there. Furthermore there is a wall of statues early in the dungeon that you need to bomb..., that respawn every time you leave the room so if you're dying you'll have to use another bomb to get past it. And let's, of course, not forget the room with insta-kill spikes everywhere that you can walk into, but have no way of knowing that it's going to be death.
Graphically the quest looks like a mess, tiles in random CSets that don't mix with the ground colour everywhere, etc. This quest doesn't look pretty, not at all.
I can certainly see this as someone's first project that they put some effort into, but there is a lot of problems with this quest that just doesn't make it enjoyable to play. I wouldn't recommend this quest.

Information
This is my first attempt in creating a ZC custom Quest. Since it's a first I warn you not too expect too much. I tried a lot of stuff and tinkered around with items and trigger, so prepare for unusual and maybe bad stuff.I know there is still much to discover, learning and improving I can do with ZC so I ask you too leave some feedback for me, that I can consider in future projects. I always want to become better for you and myself.
Have fun and enjoy.

Description
Note: It's not meant for beginner players, actually rather difficult I'd say but made by a beginning Questmaker, it's my first Quest ever.
Graphically it's mostly the Tiles coming with ZC, some BS and the Newfirst for enemies. It only has some N00bish attempts for creating something like weather effects.
This quest is something between Dungeon Romper and Story-driven. Since I can't script and am not too smart with puzzles it's a bit enemy heavy though it does have some riddles (with weird solutions at times). Thus I at least tried to keep it entertaining with story.
I have a full grid Overworld, loosely themed with climatic zones and the classic 9 main dungeons.
Additionally to that, I have some mini-dungeons for rings and swords and a bonus dungeon, loaded with scary strong enemies and bosses. The bonus dungeon is nearly as big as the Overworld and consist of 9 parts, each with a special item.
I packed a bunch of wave files in the quest so even with the rather big size, it's more due them, not actual playing content.
Little Update: Enabled Overworld Map and renamed since it seem to have confused some people. Relocated Farore's Wind to level 1 and reduced Bombchus in it.

Story
Story, well it's part of a bigger story spanning a longer time (I have yet to make) but too big for one quest (especially of a starting Questmaker). In the quest itself it's a pretty standard start. Link turns 15 and dreams of a big adventure, coincidently a mysterious merchant passes by on his birthday and presents him a special item, promising it will grant his wish. Soon he lands lost in Hyrule and just starts adventuring while searching for a mean to get back. He learns of Ganon's invasion and Zelda's adduction while that and goes after Ganon. The rest, well see for yourself. You have a normal, a good and a bad ending, both alternate endings are accessible after seeing the normal one.
Tips & Cheats
1. Always have potion with you, you even start with one. I also have a 3 times use potion in this quest.
2. Each Overworld screen has a secret, sometimes good, other times bad. Find out for yourself.
3. After Level 3 or getting the lvl. 3 items to be precise, you can find the lens. This quest was made with extensive lens use but few magic available in mind.
4. Look carefully at the beginning, I hint towards the first vital items in the landscape and dialogs. The rest is pretty straight, just go where you weren't before. Later levels are on the way north.
5. You have more HC/P than you need, as long as you find them. When you maxed you should avoid any coming because you might need to pay with a lot of blood at some point.
6. Your Equipment to be good is very important so look for secrets. I also wouldn't attempt anything beyond part 2 of the bonus dungeon without the best gear available in normal game, even though, most of it can be accessed after getting the latest level items.
7. You start/continue with 50% health so better use save points and Farore's Wind, the S-points are usually hidden around main dungeons. This is a F6 penalty and I will keep that, including future quest though I might change the value for other Quests.

Everything SoStaci said about this quest is true. This quest has potential. But it failed to execute properly.
Here's a plus though, this game doesn't seem to be buggy, or at least from what I can tell...
But the bad thing about this quest is the challenge. There's a difference between a difficult quest and an unfair one. This quest truly is the unfair one to me. I've never been so frustrated with a quest before. Here's one of the main problems, your start with one heart. I personally dislike quests that don't start you off at full health. But this quest took it to the extreme. Also, this quest is very cruel with the enemies. And since you only start with one heart, you'll sometimes die just seconds after you respawn. Which is very bad design.
However, the good thing is that this quest has potions, and I could heal them from the start. It's nice of you to let the player start off with the potion. And at least there are tall grasses that can be cut after you get the sword, but the leevers in this quest are super annoying, as you can't see them because of the bad foreground. When it comes to classic for me, I personally tend to stay away from over detailing. I mean some patterns in details are nice, but if you're using it to block the player's view with the foreground, then it's not cool at all.
Now the worst thing about this quest is the dungeons. But before I talk about it, I just wanted you to know that I have only been through the first dungeon. Because the dungeon was so unfair I had to give up, especially the room north of the entrance with the invisible traps and enemies. That room is, bad. It doesn't help that the fact you only start with one heart. I just don't know why you do that. Doing this doesn't add challenge, it adds tedium and anger. The invisible traps in the dungeon deal one full heart of damage, which ends up being a one hit KO. Practically 70% of my 51 deaths comes from this room alone. I got super angry with this. Eventually, I did end up getting past that room, only to be attacked by a Digdogger Kid. I killed it and it dropped a bomb. I picked it up and my bomb counter didn't go up. I was too frustrated to go back to the overworld and find the bomb bag. I don't want to return to the ridiculous and unfair room. So I quit.
I really do want to give this quest a shot, but the fact that you only continue off with one heart, and the awful room with the invisible traps just left me off with a really bad taste of this quest. If you can improve these things in the next update, then I will go back to it. I'm very sorry if I'm being too harsh on you first quest, but this quest really annoyed me. I wouldn't consider making a hard quest as your first anyways.
I do hope that you can fix these flaws on your next quest. You still have potenetial to be an amazing quest-maker. I mean seriously, my first quest originally had a game-breaking bug. I can still see that you put a lot of effort on this quest. So I'll give it 3/5.

Im having all kinds of issues with this quest
it's a good concept, but for me the execution is lacking. Several rooms in a row near the start with bombchus seems a little much. Stalfos 3 near level 2? Seems unreasonable from my eye. Starting with 1 heart when you have 3 hearts also seems a bit unnerving.
There is hope for this, but I can only give this a 2. I'm so sorry but I feel you can work on this to make it a stronger quest [or when you do your next quest]. The pieces are there.
Hope I'm not being too harsh. The fact that I've died about 20 times and I've barely started trying to figure out which way to go isn't fun
but you did say expect it to have bad or unusual stuff and you were right.
Hope this helps the feedback.

This is a very good first effort and there's a lot that I like, though I could not get very far. There are 2 big problems in my opinion: The secrets make no logical sense, because you have to hit random objects with random items. You only start with 1 heart, which is very very cruel, and I don't feel like going to the fairy or refilling my hearts every time I die. The quest would be much more playable if these 2 things are fixed.
Aside from that, this looks like a neat quest that doesn't do anything revolutionary, though is still nice. I wish you good luck with any future projects and I'm sure you get better and also get more players if you go a bit easier on them

The sword is in the lower-right corner of the 1st map....but i'm dropping this quest unfortunately. I ran into the same problems....i died 7 times in 5 seconds because of bad positioning and all that
Sorry but I'm not rating this quest for the same reason as ms_zelda_lady

I can tell from the screen shots that the graphics look like shit, I'm not trying to offend you but it hurts my eyes to look at them. Consistency bro
Edit: This is totally not for beginners and I'm no beginner, theirs fake difficulty everywhere, this seems like a troll quest to me

Sorry but this is no beginner's quest! Starting with only a boomerang is a pain and after looking for a sword in many screens I never found it. I found level 1 only to be met with invisible enemies in the first room. If the sword is in level 1 at least make enemies visible. When you die you start with one heart and since every screen has a lot of enemies that can't be killed with a boomerang is only making me not like this quest even more. When I tried to look at the map all I got was white. I'm not gonna rate this quest cause I really didn't get to far it but in my opinion this quest isn't worth playing
