Rotates combos around FFC. For puzzles.

D0 - How many shifts per press, positive-clockwise, negative - counter-clockwise. 2 means 90 degrees, 4 - 180 degrees.
D1 - Sound to play on activation.
D2 - Rotate flags.
D3 - rotate csets,
D4 - change to next on rotation, + 2 - rotation animation
D5 - animation offset - uses combos that are D5 positions further in list for rotation animation. Works only, if D4 animation flag is set on. 0 for no offset.
