I made it originally as a little jingle whilst fiddling around on the piano, and decided to remake it on Anvil Studio.

Loads of half-steps in the melody and the relentless nature of the bass notes make me lean more towards villainous than heroic, but there are still certain movements that give off an interestingly positive vibe. I'd use this theme for a villain that thinks he's doing the world good.
