I'm not sure where you ripped the tiles for these, but they are very easy to find... so I'll give a three for a simple but passable recoloring job.

The palettes aren't the best... but these deserve WAAY more than a 0.

They're alright, but two things; firstly, they're rips, simply recolored to fit the palette, secondly, they're newfirst. Sorry, but the newfirst palette is outdated, and hardly used anymore, so these aren't going to be much use in most quests.
Still, they're good rips, so deserve a 3.
