I can see what you're going after, but the vague harmony kinda loses it's charm after a while. I still like the wild and frenetic nature of the melodies, and the echoing swipes.

I can see a promising game music composer in the making. Not only can you make decent music, but you can make a good supply of it. This is a very good boss song, particularly if you want to give the impression that the player could die quite fast in the battle or that the enemy is very evil. I just suggest polishing it a little more.
