The biggest thing this song needs is some trace of a sensible rhythm or melody. Right now, the song is too random for my ears to latch onto any thread in the music, which ultimately kills the atmosphere. As is, the song summons images of gnome pirates basking in pixie dust. What does that mean? I don't even know. I give you a one because I respect the fact that you took others' advice and sought to improve your own work. It's easy to get discouraged, but please keep trying.

It really does make me feel bad to rate something this low, but I have to be honest: this is simply no good. The notes are so high that they're not very distinct at all. And also, that in combination with having only one instrument simply makes it way too bland.
I think if you dropped all those high notes down an octave, and added a bassline and other instruments to support the melody, and maybe wrote more parts to it, then maybe it'd have some potential. That's just my guess.
