Cho - Dungeon 4

Description:
Dungeon theme, originally intended for something water/sand-oriented, but obviously you can use it for whatever you want. You might have to turn up the volume a bit, as the instruments involved meant I had to lower some of it to make it sound alright.

As soon as I got into ZC, there's just no way I could've resisted the urge to make music for it. So I started doing that. This is the first one I've finished so far. Don't mind the number, I usually work on many midis at once, and rarely finish them in the same order as I start them in.

Also, feedback is great.

I can't identify what makes it good, it just sounds awesome with all of it's implied chords and slight dissonance... great job dude.

It feels dark and foreboding to me. It seems like it would fit well in an undead dungeon... Or one very dark.
It's a nice piece.

Definitely not bad for a first piece. I'm not sure what kind of dungeon it would fit into, only that it would indeed fit well for a dungeon. Excellent job, keep it up dude!

This song has a very distinct feel to it... I feel like I'm actually in a dungeon, so you mastered the ambiance perfectly. I love the instrument choice and just about everything else except the unpredictable maracas towards the beginning. Fantastic, all-in-all.

Normally, I would suggest filling it out a little more with a bit more percussion and some bass and whatnot, but this song in particular reminds me quite a bit of the GBC Oracle of ___ games, which are among my favorite Zelda games.

And as Johnamus said, it easily fits what you had intended.

There is an MP3 rearrangement of this song available on my Google Sites page, which is listed in my profile. If you have any objections to this, send me an email or PM me on the forums and I'll take it down.
