Eh. I don't know what to say about this one, really. One one hand, it has quite a few tiles and expands greatly over the original NewFirst in content, and has quite a few nice palettes. On the other hand, however, there's hardly any organization within this, the dungeon tiles are of the weird 1.90-era variety, and its just a bit awkward to use.
Disconcertingly, nearly all of the tiles seem to have glitched cycle-next CSets.
