Information
This is my most advanced quest to date. I've been working on it since March 2002, so don't spit on it! :Þ
UPDATE: April 10, 2010
HOLY CRAP!
Okay, I've finally managed to get this quest to load under Windows 7, and I've updated it from 163 to 2.10.
Now, I'd ask that reviewers be fair and keep in mind this was made back in 2002 with Beta 163. The only things I've fixed are the last level(It's beatable!) and the ending(more in line with Titan's Quest).

Though the graphics may seem old, it does match the quest feel very much. And the music choice is superb
. The gameplay and level design is good, too, but not be able to switch between day and night early in the quest makes some annoyance. If you complete level 4 without the boot, then there is no way to reenter until very late in the quest. Also, the later parts of the quest seems a little rushed to me, because the overworld design and some graphical glitches. Anyway, this quest has a unique feeling that I'm sure it will occupy some place in my minds
.

There is a lot to love about this quest. Great combination of classic graphics together with some beautiful custom tiles and great color palettes in the dungeons. There are places where this one is pure eye candy. It's big without being overwhelming and the music is superb.
I only gave it four stars because I encountered a bug in the final level that prevented me from finishing. But that may be because I played it on 2.10. I'm not sure. Had I been able to finish it I would have given 5 for sure.

I played this a long time ago and am getting back into it. Wonderful work of art, CM. More people should experience what you have to offer.
I believe the farthest I ever got (at the time of writing this) was the Obsidian overworld then I couldn't figure out where to go. I should get it if I gave it another go, which I am about to do...

Very nicely done quest; even with the original graphics.
The quest got very confusing at times, but was fairly easy to figure out.
One problem I saw was that the Fire Sword was animated and the Lightning Sword wasn't.
The music: Awesome. Nothing else to say about it.
I found the super bomb later, but couldn't find out a spot on the overworld to use it at.
