I thought this quest was pretty good. It looked great and played well. A good effort overall.
The enemies used throughout the quest felt a little repetitive. I would have liked to have seen a little more diversity.
Enemy rupee drops were a bit stingy; it took a long time to save up for a few of the high ticket items. It turned a bit grind-y which disrupted the flow and momentum.
The dungeon difficulty levels were all over the map. Some were hard, some were harder and a few were easy in the middle?? I wish the difficulty ramped up in a smoother curve. It would have felt more sophisticated and less piecemeal. Also, I thought many of the dungeons felt the same but only the colors changed. I think they could have used more diversity, too.

This was my 3rd quest completed and made within 4 full days of work. I consider this still to be my finest achievement in quest design. I can't believe I never rated this quest, despite playing it years ago, and beating it more than once. While not one of my all time favorites among quests, it was definitely a joy to play, with a solid foundation. It is a quest that I believe most people would enjoy, and thus I recommend, even if it isn't the most superior among all eye candy. That still makes it 4 = Great.

Another enjoyable quest by DFW. I was mightily perplexed with parts of levels 8 and 9. If it weren't for a 'happy little accident' I'd still be circling level 9's first few rooms. The symmetry of the Master Dome was masterful. And the overall design of the overworld flowed nicely. As much as it's touted as a relaxing romp, this quest still presented enough challenge for me. Still it was fun not having to watch and manage the magic meter. Well done, DFW (again}!
