Dunno what the complaints are with the MIDI version. Beginning does sound like Stargazing slightly, but I certainly don't think the middle of the song does.
I think the reason I like this song so much is because there's so many ways it could be used, just as long as the area is unfamiliar territory. Doesn't matter if it's interior or outside. That, and it just sounds great as background music.
