In general, Honky Pig is an improvement over Ocarina of Power. Difficulty curve is well-structured, and it generally follows the ideas that OoP started and really runs with them.
An overworld that gradually opens up over time as more levels are completed and items are obtained. It also means that you're generally not really getting stuff like Heart Pieces until about halfway through the game. The Overworld is very well structured, and the gradual opening of it works much better than in OoP.
There's some things that are a bit rough. There's some tileset errors here and there, and you get the Hammer in Level 1 which is a really interesting choice. I thought the game had a massive difficulty jump going into Level 5 (dealing with Blue Darknuts without a Blue Ring) but I'd simply forgotten that the game gave me the Hammer so early. Otherwise, it's very manageable, although you don't get sword beams until the final sword right before the final dungeon.
Overall, 4/5. A substantial improvement over OoP, which I already enjoyed. Took me about 4 hours, which is about what I expected. Dungeons and puzzles are much more interesting, and the game has no qualms giving you decently sized dungeons from the off.

Honky Pig is fantastic! I am really enjoying this quest. It is very well made, tileset is excellent, most the music is quite good. It's lighthearted and fun and cute. I enjoyed the town and the way the overworld screens are not loaded with enemies (near the start at least) making exploration fun.
I'm playing this in 2.53, it seems to work fine but there are a couple things, I can't read signs, not sure if that is the case in 1.90, also in a couple dungeon screens there is sand that hurts you on the floor, which is the only time I died because I didn't get what was hurting me... perhaps the tile looks different in 1.90 because I don't see why sand should hurt me. Quest is somewhat linear but not totally. There's no shooting swords at full health and bombs hurt link. If I were to change a couple things the clock would last longer and the lens of truth would not drain rupees so fast. MIDI volume is loud but can be changed in ZC options. Perhaps hammer needs to be nerfed as far as damage goes if made available so early in the game. A few bugs with tiles above bombed dungeon doors, this is the classic bug from ZC for some reason showed up at Level 6 for me.
Besides some minor things still enjoying a lot this quest. Would be nice to port it to 2.53 and fix the few bugs. It's really great tho =)

Fall uh de Honky Pig is a big improvement over Wild Bill's previous quest, with a vastly superior overworld and creative dungeons and puzzles. My only complaints are the often too easy difficulty and the hit or miss humor; otherwise, this quest is very enjoyable! 8/10
