Going Down

Description:
It's a song that I wrote. Enjoy it. It's called "Going Down" because of the lyrics I wrote for it, but they aren't finished yet, so I won't put them here. =P

I guess it would be fine for a dungeon, or something. Or, use it just as something to listen to while working in ZQuest.

Enjoy.

This song takes too long to develop, features unimpressive chord progressions and an awkward mix of instruments. I hate to sound like a dirtbag, especially when everybody else loves your music, but I'm not entirely sure if I enjoy this lol.

Then it hit the 2:30 mark, and it changed. I wish you would break up the repetition like that by exploring other scales and such, because otherwise you have a patternized song that doesn't traverse new chords and scales... which is repetitious.

Hm... I don't know why, but the piece didn't really draw me in. Perhaps it was the repetition, perhaps it was the melody. I thought the piece was well orchestrated, though. Good work.

Ooo! Love those stringed instruments. The piano like instrument is well done for the melody. The bass is also nicely done. Pretty sweet for battle music, hence, "Its going down...Its on...

It's not "pure ambient euphoria," but then, background music doesn't have to be. It has a very strong melody that doesn't sound awkward, and that counts for a lot. I give it a 5.
