This is a pretty good start for a simple Redead tile. They'd probably find more use if the following issues were addressed:
- The head seems too octagonal. Even with 2-3 shades it's not too hard to make good looking circles.
- The head has basic pillow shading, and it might even be better to have no shading at all. It especially looks bad on an octagon...
- The face is just a bunch of rectangles. It gives a cartoony, bewildered expression, which doesn't fit the Redead idea very well. Maybe change the mouth shape? The eyes are probably too big, as well.
- The body is out of proportion with the head for most tilesets, so this would only work well with GB-style tiles. The head should probably be smaller by a pixel or two, which would also allow more detail in the body.
