I think the people talking about appropriateness to a tileset have a slight point in that these tiles are colored for DoR. But really, these are ready to be colored into many different tilesets because most of the conversion work has already been done.
DoR has a certain amount of cel-shaded style, since many of its graphics come from Minish Cap and Link to the Past, but these mushrooms are even MORE cel-shaded. Just wanted to clarify.
I'll give them a 4, my usual rating for well-ripped tiles that look good and are generally useful.

Information
So these are from Maple Story, and have a cell shaded style that makes them less than a perfect fit for DoR (as seen in my shot)...but maybe you can make use if them, perhaps in a tileset like BS, Pure, or even MZC.
I included lots more tiles than you need, but you can use them to layer the tops or the spots on and make a big variety of colors of mushrooms easily.

They look like mushrooms
Why would they receive less of a rating because they don't work as well in DOR or PURE?
Is that now the determining factor on a tiles acceptability?
Tiles should be judged on their own merit, weather they were well done or not.
These were well done.

I don't like the colors, and they don't really fit. Maybe if you edited them to use the same colors as the DoR mushrooms and tweaked them a little bit you could make them fit, which would make them really useful for a mushroom forest sort of thing. Though, as they are, I can't say they're as good as your other work.
