Continuing with my (rather forced) planetary theme, here are "Saturnian Trees", or Tufted Trees! These started a rip of a similar looking tree from the Project Charas site, but have been considerably edited, resized and recolored.

These are intended to work like the tall bubbly trees that many people use (the ones with the spheres of leaves on them). They use a similar perspective, and like those trees may clash with other trees if used on the same screen.

Because I got a lot of feedback on what tileset these might work best in, I decided to make three versions: DoR, BS, and Pure. The tiles for each are included in the download (the big difference is that they are colored for the set to make them easy to grab). The DoR tiles are the most extensive since that is the set I started them in and am most familiar with.

You'll notice that I used a different type of outline depending on the set, if you prefer a colored outline instead of a black outline though, that should be pretty easy to change.

You'll also notice that the trunks of the DoR tiles are more detailed (they have mottled bark), but I also included one tree in that set that has the simpler looking trunk in case that is what you prefer. Also in DoR I included set of larger, 5 x 5 trees, as well as shadows for the trees (the 5 x 5 may look better in another tileset, fyi).

The shadows are admittedly not perfect at all..they could have a better shape (even though it is basically the same shape used in the source art) and need to be put on a transparent overhead layer...so if anyone with more skills than I have can make something better, let me know!
