Does PureZC have a admin side where the admins can put info on the main page? Just wanting to know not asking for access. I am making a website.

I wonder why you'd be interested in the backend of PZC in specific. I don't know the answer to that anyway, but sharing details about it is not good for security reasons.
If you're building your own website for the first time, Wordpress is a good and easy option for maintaining your site and its contents.
If you're a more experienced developer: I really love Drupal. Especially using it only as a backend ("headless CMS").
Or if you already have a Laravel project, using Filament CMS is a great option.

I highly doubt you'd want to use a web framework like this if you're developing a new website today anyway.
I'd second Twilight Knight's recommendation of Wordpress, given that unless you go crazy it will handle security updates for you. (And also gives you something that's easier to build in).
