The Legend of Zelda. This is a game some of you might be familiar with. You may not have heard of it though, it is so retro, and hip, after all. Did I mention this game is 30 this year? Wow! It really shows! I mean... uh.. you've aged nicely, Zelda...
No but seriously, this was a fun LP for me to do. It is much easier, from a logistical standpoint to record off of an emulator (or ZC), but it kind of meant a lot to me to boot up my own NES, and put that gold cart in for what may be its last hurrah. I hope not, but I did have to do some serious console surgery to get it playing right, and I had to play it straight through cause sometimes, it won't keep your saves after you power off, and YES, OF COURSE I HELD IN THE RESET BUTTON YOU N00B!
This is a decent run. It's kind of mind blowing how much stuff I already forgot after remaking this in Koten less than a year ago. I have three legit deaths, and one suicide kill. I do not use potions. Some videos might be quite boring, as there are two rupee grinding sessions, but most of the playthrough should be somewhat enjoyable to watch

6:25 - We go back out, and get some stuff including the arrows, and the last two Heart Containers in the overworld.

This is one of two episodes that are pretty much rupee farming.
5:09 - Instead of getting the letter, we enter Level 7 early with hopes of finding the red candle, but I instead get troll's when I forget to bring bait.

We farm for rupees here, and get the bait. We will finish Level 7 in the next part.

We go back into Level 6 to get the Magic Wand in this section. Level 8 will be in the next section! I also lose my shield here, so there's that.

Level 9 Starts in the next part. Here, we just visit the fairy, and get to Level 9.

8:25 - Died.
13:45 - I get really close to the silver arrow and die. In the next part, I'll make a time note of me getting back to this point. Otherwise, feel free to watch me do it all again!

I visit the fairy off-screen here, and return to Level 9. This time, we are able to get the silver arrow with ease, and take out Ganon, and finish the game!
