Level 4 entrance is not fixed, I can't go anywhere either.

How do you backtrack?When I get to sky I can't go anywhere, as it warps me back.

After fighting the boss on the way to level 4 you come out a door of a tower but cannot move in any direction. I tried my new hookshot but to no avail. Any hints?

Not quite sure what problem your having... This quest doesn't have a password so you will be able to fix your problem your having with ZQuest.

Which update?  The last one I see is June 27 and that's the one I am using

It was update twice in the same day I think. The newest one fixes the into data.

Maybe it's my version of zc (2.5 RC5) but it's not working.  I had latest update and just downloaded it again.

It will work with that version. It doesn't have a password so change the into data to dmap 0.

Might be a stupid question, but how do I do that?

Open up ZQuest, then open Maze of hyrule fail, then press on quest on the top left, then press on Init data, then press on misc, then change the starting DMap to 0.

For some reason I always thought it said into data but now I realize that it says Init data, sorry about that.

Go back into the building where you used your last item and go left and use you newly found arrow

You need to start a new save file.
