Level 7 is the icecano temple.

You could call it the Cryovolcano Temple?
Or Frigid Sanctum (for something more generic)

As for the name, perhaps something like "The CryoDome"?

Freezerburn Temple
I would try saying something like "Molten Tundra", but that wouldnt fit for a dungeon. Maybe an overworld of the same theme, but no.
"Cryonic Continuum" might also be something. Ultimately its your decision, but hopefully itll at least help you brainstorm some more.
