I can't seem to get past the dead end in the Lost Woods en route to Level 6

I am in Level 5 and I am stuck.  I found one key behind the waterfall and I used it and got the flippers.  I found a second key in the room all the way on the bottom on the right in the water.  I am unable to find any other keys and I am currently stuck. I ended up using the second key in the room that I found in the secret stairway in the water.  It brought me to a room where the boss key is.  I wasn't able to use that key in the other room where there was a green key block.  Can anyone help me to find another key?  Thank You In Advance.

There's another key underwater you can get in the passageway on the way to where the first key was. There's a formation of underwater rocks signaling where it is.

Okay, I have completed levels 1-8 and bonus level 1.  I got into bonus level 2, but I don't have the silver arrows.  Where do I find them?  I also haven't figured out how to get to Level 9.  I also have 19 hearts.  When I used the lense of truth over this small square pond it showed a heart piece in there, but I couldn't get it no matter how many times I dove.  I am not sure if I already go it.

Have you been to the Temple of Time yet? It should be in an area you haven't been to yet in the Lost Woods, which might be evident by the empty space you'll see between it and Hyrule Castle. I'd go there first and see what you can do before attempting to do the last bonus dungeon.

Thank You!! I had went to the Temple of Time, but I didn't realize that there was a hidden room in there.  I found Level 9.  I still haven't found the silver arrows.  Can I have a hint?
