This is really well done. I'm very impressed by the level of detail that went into designing a manual in the style of the original NES.

Also, on the LOADING THE GAME page, you've used the wrong screenshot. This is the correct one:
Subscreen page also has a typo under Body - "Each improves some aspect of the Guardian."

I don't know how I missed these threads of your game, but I am looking around and I just love how polished it looks. Even the manual has work put into it. Before even playing it, you can see that it stands out and I can't wait for the release of the game. This is definitely on the top of lists. Great job.

I have to say: this is a pretty amazing game manual. It is very specific and detailed which is something I'm both impressed by and really like about the game manual. I can really see that you are putting a ton of effort into both the quest and its documentation.

And here I was assuming that expression had more to do with the giant sperm approaching her rear access port.Seriously, it's not accidental that the Guardian, on the cover art, looks like she's thinking. "You're going to get me killed, aren't you?"
Okay, back to constructive criticism now.

"Aspect" is misspelled "aspec."
Explosives displayed with the old icon in the manual.

Looks really neat. I like it a lot. Definitely has that 70's anime vibe.

You sir, have won best quest maker in my eyes C-Dawg. How have I missed this thread?!?!
I am simply blown away. Your Instruction Manual is pure original, authentic quality, taking a step above the rest in the Zquest world.
This inspires me.

I love this. It reminds me much of the manual I made for gamemakr24, a long time ago, and it adds a level of aesthetic sophistication to the game that is normally absent. There is something about classic game manuals that simply bleeds love.
P.S. Did you design the manual at a print res (300 to 600 DPI)? If so, that is doubly awesome, as I will of course print it, and saddle-staple it.
