Hey! Today I want to ask a question related to Midis and also showcase to all of you an aesthetic improvement through screenshots in the Level 1 dungeon that I've mentioned in another weekly update but never actually showed anyone. With that in mind, let's jump in.
Midis
I've been looking hard for Midis for my quest, and I've gotten quite a few really good ones. However, I'm having trouble finding a great midi for the forest area of the overworld. For some reason, every time I find something it seems like it is a Midi that's been used by too many people in their quests. So, does anyone have a really good forest Midi that they'd like to show me? I'd really appreciate it. ![]()
Aesthetic Improvements
In a previous weekly update, I mentioned that I updated the aesthetics of my Level 1 dungeon. But I did not show any screenshots to showcase exactly what I changed. Well now, I'd like to show you exactly what the differences are. Here is the before and after screenshots. The image on the left is before and the image on the right is after.

The screenshot on the right looks much better, right? I definitely think so. I like color variety in screens so that is why I made this aesthetic improvement. I would try to make the trees have a more green color, but for some reason, the graphics would glitch out if I did that and I found no way to fix it. However, I think it looks amazing now. What do you guys think?
Anyway, that's it for today, thank you for reading and for your continued support of this quest! It means a lot to me. ![]()

I see no purple trees. That's a good sign. ![]()

Really nice stuff! As for the MIDI question, I sadly got nothing under my 300+ MIDI library which would be really good to fit the Forest theme.
Furthermore, I really love the improved screens! Some really good stuff!

Beautiful-mystic... I just love it how just a little bit of tweaking can create such an awesome quest! I myself have been doing something VERY similar to your tweaking, so can't wait for the release! ![]()

I would prefer "Violet" trees, but since that was a pun similar to a guy who's name starts with "S", I got nothing else to say than pretty excellent improvement buddy!
I also prefer to go for a color variety instead of having the whole damn CSet take over everything. Sexyness is in front of me pretty much!

I like the new colors, though, they seem a bit too bright/intense. Otherwise, they look better than before.

Yes, I agree with coolgamer that the colors seem a bit too bright. I would recommend saturating them or making them so they don't stand out in a bad way.
However it is a huge step up from the first picture where everything uses the same color.
Nice job! Also I hope the midis I send you help you out.
