"Ganon's Curse is very dangerous and a lot of people fear it. Not being able to take a rest is not nice. However.. there's more. The curse accelerates your growth while it slowly kills you from inside. I wonder where Ganon got that power from." - A random old man in a cave.

When this happens, you are doomed.

I have added a new feature to this quest. The curse can now level up as you progress through the quest and with each new stage it gets new abilities. The 6th stage is it's final stage and that is where it will get the most evil power. Notice the little 6 on the curse icon in the subscreen? That number shows the current stage of the curse. The curse starts out at stage 1, where it already is threatening enough. I will not spoil all the new abilities the curse can get, but maybe I will give an example in a future update, if people want it. :D

If you thought that this new feature is all that this update will bring you, then you're underestimating me. Progress on this quest is going VERY well and Level 4 is now finished! That Level has an amazing and possibly confusing gimmick! A big mirror stretches through the dungeon and you can enter it. On the other side, all rooms are mirrored versions of the original side and your movement will be mirrored too. You have to go through the mirror quite a few times, because there are some floor tiles you can only pass on the normal side and some floor tiles you can only pass on the mirrored side. Also, you even have to do the miniboss fight on the mirrored side. We'll see how good you are at fighting darknuts with mirrored movement controls. Will you have to change your button setup to be successfull at this?

Next, I will be working on Level 5. I will let you know when it is done, so stay tuned and hope you liked this update as well!

Yes! Very nice update, this is great news! :D

I really like the new update to the curse. I think it will make it much more fun for you to experience shear evil and destruction :D.

Also like the gimmick in Level 4, sounds very tricky! I've never battled a Darknut with my controls inverted; I would probably fail completely if I tried... :D

Anyways, nice update and I hope you continue to do well as I really look forward to this really amazing quest! And another thing: it will be your first LoZ like quest!! (Right?) ;)

Thank you, and no it is not my first Zelda-like quest, but yeah this is my first time using the classic tileset for a quest. I think the tileset is really good and allows for many cool things. It is much better than I thought when I started with ZC. My first opinion on the classic tileset, as well as on all classic quests was: "Ugh...", but now I see how stupid I was and how much potential classic has.

I made a quest called "Tower of Shadows" a few years ago. The quest really sucks, only works in the right version of ZC and is german only. >.>
I think I once made a translation though. If you (or anyone else) are interested in that quest, shoot me a PM.

My body is ready for this quest! :D

Are you sure about that? :D It's more evil than you think :superevil:. I mean, don't you know how evil Avataro is? :)

Just kidding, but I'm sure there still some surprises that he hasn't shared with the public about the curse... :D

I know how evil he is but I think I can handle it, just can't think of it as a normal zelda game. And the thing I know is don't stop moving <.<

You ARE evil Avataro all right. :superevil: But alas, you are missing one little thing. I wield the blade of evil's bane, the Master Sword! So, I can conquer this quest with the help of the gods! Huzzah!

Even though, nice ideas, you really are thinking outside of the box mah boi! Hope to see the final version of this! :D
