The infamous find a way to get thru that door trick.
First try at this, purty, isn't it?
The boss of Sigma Stage 1.
"Something you don't see everyday"
The Lava Falls in Level 2 of ALP. "I wonder what I'm supposed to do in here?" Link thinks.
A new pic of PureZC: The Phantom n00b
Link enters into what seems to be a shrine of some sort...he looks around and sees a path to the west a path to the east and some stairs that have been cut in half...and atop these stairs is a boss key that Link needs...

Nick: Ok... this was a random shot of mine. It sucks since I didn't put enough loving care into it. End of story.
Aerogard: That's a pretty good first screen. However... obviously... there's better today.
Jonathan: Those colors... contradict too much. The background doesn't fit with the surroundings at all.
Ccc: A cozy little place.
Petoe: A very awesome shot. However... there's one simple reason I didn't vote for it. I've seen Super Metroid graphics before. As to why that demotes it any... it's because I've seen it before and not seen the stuff from the shot I picked. It's still awesome though.
UBP: About like my shot... only more interesting and not crap.
KCL: This pic is teh roxxor. I've not seen many interesting overworld shots lately, but this one has both graphics I've not seen (I don't play many games. ) and uh... it just looks awesome. KCL gets my vote.
Jaivaz: When I first seen this... I thought it was one of those funky "4d" optical illusions. Anyway... my eyes can't really "connect" anywhere to this shot... so uh... I dunno.

Nick: Pretty good. I like the dungeon name.
AerogardLM: Uhh... and your point is.....
Jonathan: The BG in this screenshot is SPECTACULAR!!
Ccc: Nothing special here. Sorry.
Petoe: Yet another solid screenshot.
Upbeat Penguin: An interesting puzzle indeed...
KingCoolLink: A well thought out concept.
Jaivaz: Not too bad, but nothing earthshattering.
Well, I thought about it for a while, but it looks like Jonathan gets my vote once again.

KCL earns second place. New graphics and an interesting shot combine! ^_^
Jonathan gets third. BG looks nice, although the colors are a little...weird. Definately looks like an interesting play, though.
The rest aren't in the top 3, and I'm just feeling lazy today, maybe I'll edit in more comments at a later date. =/

Nick: Well, again quite basic shot... but it sure looks interesting.
ALM: Ok... being a first time and all...
Jonathan: Hmm... Ouch. The background looks super awesome, but other than that, the screen looks... bad. Sorry.
ME: This time I actually have a good picture. It's just a basic screenshot from one of my levels, and if you look closely (someone who has played SM) you see that there's some custom work too, like in all of my screenshots. From now on, I start submitting pictures with never seen tiles only.
UpB: Hot! I mean.. the lava. But still, a nice screenie.
KCL: Cool. I just love new tiles. The screen looks interesting, BUT the water and the mountains don't look too good.
Jaivaz: This one is good. Much better than a "basic" shot.
I think I'm not wrong if I say that this was the best SoTW yet!

Aerogard: Okay, I like the shadows, but it's pretty much a basic shot.
Jonathan: Nothing seems to fit together at all.
Petoe: this just barely gets my vote. It just looks cool.
UBP: Uh oh, I feel a puzzle's coming. If it wasn't for the lava, it would be a basic Pure Tileset screen.
KCL: Pretty cool. But, it still didn't give my vote. This came VERY close to Petoe
Jaivez:You used the wrong wall tiles for the very bottom. The bottom wall bricks should be smaller than the ones above them. The pure tileset doesn't have them. You need to Grab those tiles from Mr. Z's Pure expantion.
