Thank you. I am not in the dungeon with on/off switches. The one I am in is level 3, where I should get the magic boomerang, and possibly the red candle/lantern. I have walked through what looks like some wall grates, and triggered some floor switches, and got the compass. I have seen a gleeok, by walking through the wall "grate", but can't get to him. The dungeon looks like it has snow on the floor when you walk in. I have whistled, arrowed, burned, and bombed about everything and gotten nowhere. Can you help? Thanks.

If I remember right, there are some openings in the walls in Level 3...you don't need any items, you just need to think a little.

I hate bumping such a old thread, but I just downloaded this quest yesterday and I have one question!

I can't find the first sword

I've talked to everyone in the first town, and a woman told me I can find the "sord" in the only house in town with a blue roof. She neglected to mention that the blue house was blocked off by a door and forgot to tell me how to open it. I've tried bombing the door, I've tried pushing it for a few seconds, and I even tried bombing other things on that screen.

I'm using 2.10.2.

Akkabus -hope you are still around. I am playing your game and it has my brain smoking ( a sign of a good game ) I am now in level 5 and have opened three chests but no key yet ...where is that first key. I am dizzy from going 'round and 'round....help!

I can tell you where keys are...on F1..from start the room that is up 2, left 1 (not the way to go, just its position)...on the basement floor using the SW corner , one room to the east on the bottom row of floors ; and top row one room west from the NE corner; believe boss key is on that floor too. Sorry I can't give some directions, only placement ( the wand and book are used in this level)

Hi BigChief, Thanks for the answer. Yes I can see the first chest but have thus far been unable to reach it....Ok nevermind I have it now...kill every enemy on every screne, I should know that by now

I think I have a bug in the hookshot room of dungeon 4 to get the second key (to access Live side West 1st floor), the hookshot isn't working, it's just bouncing off the "edge of the gap".  How can I fix that?
