Here is the format of the order of the Levels and Palaces in my quest in relation to Chapters. I am just putting this here for now because it's copied and pasted from a private message, and this is the quickest place I can put it for now.

This will help those understand the level format of Souls 2 (considering that levels and palaces are separate from one another).
