It's Screenshot of the Year 2023 time! The winner of the Red Bracket will go on to face the other two Bracket winners in the Screenshot of the Year 2023 Grand Final.

All three Brackets have been decided by a line picker. This week's Bracket features the following competitors:

Three lovely shots!

 

Moosh

I enjoy this concept of color/colorless areas, but it's the animated transition between these two areas (the mystical cloud-like fringe) that really makes this shot. If I were being picky, I would say that the cutouts for the flowers on the left side feel abrupt and square compared to other grass-edge transitions, but that's a minor gripe in a shot that's an easy A.

 

Anthus

Everything positive I said about this shot before still stands. Lovely colors, tile diversity, and water details. My one nitpick about the repeated square shallow sections also still stands. But all in all, this is a great shot and one very worthy to be on this stage.

 

Twilight Knight

You've managed to construct a building that looks remarkably imposing and intricate. I think the combination of tiers and diagonals adds that extra sense of depth relative to the usual rectangular buildings I'm used to seeing in ZQuest. The tiers on the right side of the building are a little tricky to decipher at a glance, but that's a minor gripe. Great shot.
