Umm... OK, so I'm announcing a new quest demo and a bunch of build 655 bugs at the same time.
I'm really sorry for waiting so long before getting back to work on this.
And now, due to Vista compatibility issues, I have to work on this quest in 2.5 build 655.
But it's still designed for 2.10, so I might need it tested by someone else before I officially "release" this demo.
Here's the quest itself.
I do have some screenshots. Pay attention, ZC developers!
A message string bug in the player leaves Zelda speechless!
Due to a Cset bug, my bosses are mere shadows of their former selves.
I think something went wrong in the item editor. Since when does candle fire look like a sword?
And now for an actual gameplay screenshot.

I played thru the 1st level and it works fine but you do have a major problem with the quest. None of the words are coming up at all . Not even the save or restart at the end. The screen where any words are comes up blank with only the A button showing up. I've never seen that before. Hopefully its one little thing you can fix without having to type in all the sentences said to everyone.
Level 1 is a little easy but hopefully the levels get harder as you get further in the game.

Ugh... those screens don't make me want to play the quest... they suck... you need to use MUCH more details... come on...

No offense - but none of those screenshots are very good. The screenshots you post here should be some of your best, and if those square screens are some of your best, then I'm really not interested.
I recommend that until you really know how to use the set you're using(Pure or DoR?) that you start on an easier set. Perhaps Classic, BS, or Newfirst.

Well this is a remake of Miriam Is Missing so it won't really get interesting until after Level 7, that's when the dungeons get a little more "freeform". After level 9, when the first MiM ended, I can go total Shoelace on my levels if I want to. If you really want a better quest from me, try Link's Revenge: http://freewebs.com/...eldaclassic.htm
And about the disappearing text, are you sure you're playing it on 2.10?
That happened to me on 2.5build655, but I just assumed it was a 2.5 thing.
I know it'll be absolutely bug free when I can go back to using it with 2.10, but that won't happen until I can get Windows XP on my laptop.

Hmm. Well, if I can't keep my quests 2.10 compatible, then I guess I'll have to switch to 2.5 permanently. I'll upload my build 655 version sometime soon.
I might have to do the same with Link's Revenge, too.

Really, your shots don't have any detail. It should take at least 10 minutes to make a screen. I've spent more than that one some shots. Sure, it may be... time consuming, but it's worth it in the long run. Maybe you should try remaking it with New BS. It's an easy set to use.

Yes!!
I'll give the try to this quest, but I liked the first one by far most, the overal
looking was 100% batter than this one!!
