This is intended as part of a series of tutorials on how to set up some of the various features which people might use in 2.55.
I will include screenshots as much as I can. This tutorial is on how to set up light up all fires puzzles.
These are a puzzle seen in many standard Zelda games where you must light all fires in a room to progress.

For this, you will need at least four combos.

  1. An unlit torch.
  2. A lit torch.
  3. A raised barrier.
  4. A lowered barrier.

For ease, number 1 and 2 on that list should be next to one another in the combo page.

Let's start with our unlit torch.

Go to the tag "Triggers", "Weapons" and click on "Any Fire".

Please not that a similar setup can be use for any conceivable type of weapon.

Next, on the "Effects" page, set "Combo Change" to 1.

Finally, go to the "States/Spawning" page.

Select "Trigger Group" and enter a numerical value.

Please remember this value for later use.

Click on the box "Contributes to TrigGroup".

You don't need to do anything to your unlit torch unless you want it to stay lit after you leave the room.

If so, check the set up on the raised barrier below.

Now, let's go to our raised barrier.

For ease, number 3 and 4 on the above list should be next to one another in the combo page.

First, under "Triggers", "Effects"- Combo Change should be 1.

Under "Triggers", "States/Spawning" set the value of "Trigger Group" to the same as your unlit torches.

Set "Trigger Group Val." to one.

Click the box "Trigger Group Less->".

Finally, to make the secret permanent.

Under "Triggers", "Other" click "Secret->".

Under "Triggers", "Effects" click "Triggers" secrets.

That's it! When all fires are lit, the barrier will be lowered.
