How do I do the big link thing? And how do I change the number of frames?

You make Link bigger by pressing X when you are at the Link tile selector menu. Press X twice for something really big. (If these features weren't taken out...)

You can't custom change the frames, but at the Link tile selector, there is a "BS animation" checkbox (or dropmenu) that makes 4 animation frames and a "Z3 animation" one, which makes 8 frames! (Without checking these, you have just 2 frames...)

No, CC is right BS animation is 4 frames, but it reuses one of the tiles.
You place the tiles on the tilesheet:
1,2,3
The game plays them:
1,2,1,3
