So I've noticed that lanmolas seem to have set spawn positions, causing them to often get stuck inside things. Instead of basing my screens around the lanmola's spawn position, could someone maybe write a script that detects a lanmola and moves it to a random walkable space on the screen (preferably not on top of Link )?

Not possible, moving lanmolas breaks them. Trust me, I've tried.

So, do Lanmolas have like a hardcoded row they have to spawn on or something?
