Udon and Flat are great kinds of noodle.

 

The girthier, the better.

Udon and Flat noodles. Ramen is also acceptable. Shell noodles (as in shell macaroni) is also a soft spot for me.

Really I like a lot of noodles.

Rice noodles, but any noodles are good! I'm not too fond of the fatter-style noodles though, but I'd still chomp them up if given them.

Rice noodles are good. Egg noodles are good. Spaghetti is good. But all of them rely on sauces to deliver most of their flavor. I think we need a sequel thread for favorite sauce.
