That's an awesome mix of aLttP, TP, and tWW. Wow. 
Sorry, I wish there was an easy way to convert that to midi. Good luck finding someone with the composing skill and the willingness to do this for you. I would if I could.

I think I can, from editing and adding to the regular midi of the Z3 darkworld.
Edit: Well, actually, now that I think about it, I don't really think I can do it. Mainly because there are a lot of things in there that midi just can't do.
